材料強(qiáng)度
隔爆外殼采用其抗拉強(qiáng)度不低于120Mpa，鎂、鈦和鋯含量不大于7.5%的硅鋁合金鑄成，而且厚度完全達(dá)到要求。
市面產(chǎn)品大部分選用普通鋁材或者碳鋼板焊接，而且材料薄，完全達(dá)不到隔爆要求。
防爆按鈕
防爆按鈕自助設(shè)計，符合GB/T 3836.2-2021第7章和GB/T 3836.31-2021第5.1.5條的規(guī)定，完全滿足防爆實驗要求。
市面上的防爆按鈕大部分是淘寶貨或者是簡易的彈簧按鍵，完全不符合國標(biāo)要求。
透明件
透明件采用10mm鋼化玻璃，能承受4J沖擊能量不損壞，能承受GB/T3836.1規(guī)定的熱巨變試驗不損壞。粘結(jié)接合面寬度L>10，采用阻燃環(huán)氧澆注料密封。符合防爆要求
市面上的大部分透明件要么是普通玻璃，要么是玻璃厚度不達(dá)標(biāo)，而且固定玻璃也是用的普通膠水，完全達(dá)不到防爆要求。
